My last full day in Boracay, I was supposed to go to Ariel’s Point. I put down my deposit for the trip and everything, but then as I got to the meeting point in the morning, the trip was off due to the strong winds. I was soo bummed, because I was really looking forward to it.
So instead, I decided to go ATV-ing.
As you can tell, I wasn’t really dressed appropriately to ride an ATV. And I sucked at it too.
While on the ATV tour, I also got to go to some bird sanctuary area.
A bird cage.
They didn’t just have birds. They also had bats.
And you could touch them.
There were also monkeys.
And butterflies.
And there was also a nice view.
Also, in the tour, there was another view area.
So I got 2 massages while in Boracay. One I got on the beach. I got an ‘hour’ massage. Which was more like 40 mins.
I wouldn’t suggest an outside massage. It’s not really that great, because you can just feel the sand as you’re getting massaged.
So the next day, I got a 2 hour stone massage.
I kept seeing Buko juice for sale. I didn’t want to try it because I didn’t know what it was.
It wasn’t until the last day in the Philippines that I found out Buko juice was coconut juice. I was really sad. For some reason, I didn’t think it was coconut so I didn’t get it 🙁
And this is the Catlican airport. (Remember my previous post, from the airport yu have to ride a tricycle to the boats, and to the boats you get to Boracay. So the airport is on an island called Catlican).
At least with all the hassles, it was a nice view.
Gerard Fernando - Awesome pics Chrissy! Wish I was there. I speak tagalog and could’ve told you the Buko Juice is coconut juice 🙂
