So White Beach is a popular beach to go to. A lot of hotels shuttle their guests to and from this beach.
So they drop you off at a point called D-mall where there’s a convenience store and some shops along the way to the beach.
Heres a dad and his daughter waiting for something at the pick up area.
So the first day I was in Boracay, I went to the beach around sunset, just to get a feel for what I was going to do the next day.
The beach during the day.
The beach was so awesome. It was a white sand beach, (the name gives it away) and the sand just felt sooo nice to walk on.
This was called Willy’s point. An attraction on tripadvisor.com
The great thing about this beach is that there are no vendors! All the vendors are on the sidewalk and don’t come onto the sand because they aren’t allowed. So it’s super peaceful.
You can pay so many pesos to lay out on chairs, but at the particular place I went to, all you had to do was order a drink and you could lay in the chairs for free.
So I don’t mind if I do.
This photo, I actually took my camera into the water with me. I was trying very hard to not get it wet since I don’t have underwater gear. The things I do for you! 🙂
I thought this was really cute. It was a family, and the grandma was in a bikini wearing floaties!
So I kept seeing sand scultpures.
I found out that the local island kids do them. I took a picture of the one above and this kid said to me- you take picture, give me tip. I looked at him and was like no way! Good job, but I’m not giving you a tip for taking a picture. Had you made it for me, then sure. But not to just take a picture. (At this point I was really fed up with everyone wanting tips. Remember my whole getting onto the island experience)
People watching the sunset.
The sun goes down real fast!

I would definitely reccomend going to Boracay if you ever go to the Philippines. IT was so peaceful and relaxing. I didn’t partake in any of the partying because I just wanted to rest and enjoy the beaches 🙂
But, I did have a beer or cocktail everyday 🙂
