Esther and Daniel went to the Beverly Hills Courthouse and got their civil marriage done. Because they are getting married in Mexico, the rules are a little bit different, so they had to get a civil marriage done.

I of course, went with them to not only be their photographer but as their witness.

Here they are signing the paperwork

PINIMAGE

Waiting for the judge to call them so they can have their ceremony.

PINIMAGE

Here they are standing in front of the judge.

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

Poor thing started to cry.

PINIMAGE

I now pronounce you Husband and Wife. The judge even threw some flowers up in the air.

PINIMAGE

You may now kiss the bride!

PINIMAGE

Here I am signing as their witness. (It looks like I just woke up :/ don’t hate)

PINIMAGE

Yay! They’re married!

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

Their  real wedding ceremony is this weekend in Cabo San Lucas at the Esperanza Resort.

I unfortunately will not be able to take pictures during the ceremony (because I’m the Maid of Honor) but will be able to take pictures throughout the trip! Christine Chang is the wedding photographer so check her website later for pictures from the wedding!

Esther had her Bachelorette party in San Diego. We stayed at the Westin in the Gaslamp and went to Yardhouse, and then went bar/club hopping. We went to Star Bar (for some reason, I always have to start the night off here, cheap drinks!). We then headed to Fluxx, then Stingaree, and then to Andaz aka Ivy. We didn’t stay in one place too long.

So this post is for the start of the night. Since SLRs aren’t allowed to be taken into clubs, I had to leave my camera in the hotel room. One of Esther’s bridesmaid’s, Shannon brought her point and shoot, so I was using her camera. I have to wait for her to send me the pictures to post those up. (I need to invest in a good point and shoot soon).

PINIMAGE

I’m not a big fan of tackiness and trashiness. So I asked that Esther’s bachelorette party not do phallic stuff. I didn’t want to be walking around looking trashy.

But, Esther’s Bridesmaid Sam ended up getting some balloons.

I have to give kudo’s to her because I didn’t even notice for a while that there were symbols on the balloons, and it was more cartoon-y then anything.

PINIMAGE

Here’s Esther with her tiara and martini glass.

PINIMAGE

Our bling for the night.

PINIMAGE

Everyone in the room was highly unskilled. So Esther had to pop the champagne.

PINIMAGE

We played a game where everyone brought in underwear that represented themselves. Esther had to try to figure out who brought what. She she got it wrong she had to take a swig from her martini glass.

PINIMAGE

Sam’s was the pink one that said HAVE FUN. I’ve decided not to post that one up because she wore it for the picture. I wont do embarassing photos 🙂

The Bridal party

PINIMAGE

We took a shots before we left. Here a picture of my ‘shot glass’

PINIMAGE

Everyone getting ready to take their shots, including me!

PINIMAGE

It was also Shannons birthday, so Esther got Shannon a cake from Michele Coulon Dessertier. The cake was bomb! It was Nathan’s Lemon Cake. We took it to yard house with us and ate it for dessert.

PINIMAGE

So that’s it for this blog post. Once I get the pictures from Shannon there will be another post!

The later part of the night was filled with eating at Yard House seeing a few bachelor parties going on and talking and taking pictures with them. Leaving penis balloons randomly around downtown (on lamp posts and trash cans and trees). A dance battle at Fluxx. Having the director of Security at Andaz put us into the Hotel Escalade because we were all a little intoxicated , and convincing our driver to take us to get Mexican food. I don’t know how much of that was documented but it all happened 🙂

I did headshot for Tiffany Perry. She’s from New York but moved out here to Los Angeles and is an aspiring actress.

The first few pictures are at the Thompson Hotel in Beverly Hills.

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

If you don’t know, I can’t do just simple headshots. So I had to add in some creativity at some point. 🙂

PINIMAGE

And these next few picture are just around Beverly Hills.

  • Christine Chang - Yay! The one on the couch is my favorite.

  • alexis - Beautiful photographs of Tiffany, Chrissy. Wasn’t she working at the Thompson Hotel in Los Angeles as well? I’d love to see her again, we lost touch. Thanks, Alexis

  • admin - Hi Alexis, thank you. I believe that she did work there. Unfortunately, I don’t think I have her contact information anymore.

I did a family shoot for the Kwok Family.

I did Jordan and Averi’s Christmas photos this past year. So I knew what to expect with them. (I had to bribe them after each photo with candy)

All these shots were taken at Laguna Beach.

Here are Chris and the kids.

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

Here are Sue and the kids walking to where we’re going to take the pictures.

PINIMAGE

Here’s the whole family.

PINIMAGE

Jordan likes to not look at the camera. And when he does, he’s usually making a funny face.

PINIMAGE

This is one of the few pictures where I have everyone actually looking at the camera.

PINIMAGE

So it looks like Sue is ready to catch Chris if he and the kids fall back, but she’s not. She’s actually trying to keep her balance. 🙂

PINIMAGE

Chris REALLY wanted to take photos right here. Sue didn’t, she said it was the ugliest spot on the beach. But we indulged him anyways.

PINIMAGE

Here are the kids.

PINIMAGE

I’m definitely working on my photoshop skills. And let’s just say I’m not that great yet trying to get rid of things and adding things. You can definitely tell where I tried to photoshop. Good thing Sue’s sister, Haejean is good at photo shop! She can photo shop the photos that they want. But here is my attempt.

PINIMAGE

I love how you can see their reflections in the water.

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

I like this photo. The water was coming up and it was really cold and the kids were trying to run away from the water. But Chris wanted them to pose for the picture 🙂

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

Hello Averi.

PINIMAGE

Jordan is off in his own little world.

PINIMAGE

I love love love these next 2.

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

Haha. She totally got caught.

PINIMAGE

I love reflection photos.

PINIMAGE

Hello

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

So we had lunch and the kids were kind of over taking pictures. But we still attempted, a little bit.

PINIMAGE

I like this picture because she’s totally drooling.

PINIMAGE

I’m gonna leave you with this photo.

PINIMAGE

The End.

Introducing the newly modified Chang Family!

PINIMAGE

They are a super cute family. Not only in looks 😉 but the way they just are.

We had Adeline tickle Cadence.

PINIMAGE

And we asked Adeline to hold Cadence’s hand.

PINIMAGE

We also asked Adeline to touch Cadence’s foot.

PINIMAGE

Adeline naturally grabbed Cadence’s big toe.

So we asked her to hold her foot.

PINIMAGE

So of course, she grabbed onto the foot.

This is more of the picture we were trying to go for. It’s almost there.

PINIMAGE

Here is everyone holding Cadence.

PINIMAGE

Here’s a mother/daughter photo.

PINIMAGE

Father/Daughter

PINIMAGE

Here are a few of Adeline playing the piano for Cadence

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

Here they are on Adeline’s couch.

PINIMAGE

So I was looking at this picture, and I realized I don’t have a picture where my sister is giving me a kiss. She’s usually covering my eyes or doing something mean. 😉 I still love my sister though.

Cadence started to cry so Adeline didn’t know what to do.

PINIMAGE

We were getting ready to leave to eat dinner and this is what I saw.

PINIMAGE

And then Adeline decided to poke Cadence’s eye.

PINIMAGE

Now here’s some random moments. That I just HAD to include!

I just thought these next two pictures were cute. This was after the family photo in front of their doorway. I love how she’s trying to balance.

PINIMAGE

And then using the door frame as support to get through the door.

PINIMAGE

This is super cute! I don’t think my dad was ever able to put a hair clip in my hair.

PINIMAGE

I think this photo is kind of funny. I just love the expression on Adeline’s face.

PINIMAGE

I’m going to leave you with this photo as the last photo. There are no solo photos of Adeline so here it is 🙂

PINIMAGE

If you’re wondering if you’ve seen Adeline before, I took her photos back in August. I believe she was just turning, or had just turned 2. Here’s her post.

I hope you enjoyed the photos!
