Esther and Daniel had their wedding ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

So this is our trip to Madonna Beach down by the Marina.

This first picture is actually at the Sheraton Hotel. But its the guys and Jenny checking out the water.

So Daniel’s luggage got left in Los Angeles. One of his friend’s Kyle had to pick it up from the apartment. But while we were waiting for him, Daniel had to make due with other people’s clothes.

Here he is looking like an asian tourist. Notice the sheraton Hotel Slippers he’s wearing. haha.

At Madonna beach, there’s peddlers everywhere trying to sell you stuff. Most of it useless. But you also get to rent jet skis and do other water sports.

Here are Esther and Daniel.

Anton and Tal.

Here is Christine Chang (Wedding Photographer) taking some pictures of Esther and Daniel.

The next post will be the rehearsal dinner and what not. So stay tuned for that!

  • davide - I liked your post. Cheers

Before Esther and Daniel got married my parents had a dinner for them at the house. They had their friends over and my dad barbecued and my mom and grandmas cooked the food.

Here’s my dad cooking the meat outside.

Taka had asked me if I would like to photograph him proposing to his girlfriend Tao in Huntington Beach.

So of course I said yes!

I’ve known Taka for about a year now, we met through mutual friends, and found out we have a few more mutual friends. Small world huh?

Taka wanted me to take these photos incognito. Good thing Tao never met me, or else she would have known something was up.

I sat on a bench taking pictures of my surroundings when they arrived so I wouldn’t be so obvious when taking pictures of them.

Here they are arriving.

PINIMAGE

Lets go towards the cliffs to take some pictures.

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

I’m trying to tell Taka where him and Tao should stand so I get some good facial reactions.

PINIMAGE

Crap! She’s looking straight at me!

PINIMAGE

Mom, can you take some pictures for us?

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

Mom slowly started walking closer and closer to them.

PINIMAGE

Scoot back! you’re getting too close!

PINIMAGE

Taking out the ring!

PINIMAGE

Will you marry me?

PINIMAGE

Strike a pose!

PINIMAGE

Putting the ring on.

PINIMAGE

Yay!

So much happiness.

Reenacting the proposal with a beg.

I’m so glad that everything worked out and I was able to capture this moment for them.

Congratulations on the engagement Taka and Tao!

Stone was born April 25, 2010. These photos that are coming up were taken April 26.

Let me just tell you a story about how I came to take pictures when he was less 24 hours after he was born.

Me and his mom Jasmine are friends- you can see her maternity photos and the baby shower photos that I did for her.

I came down to San Diego for a few days on Sunday the 25th and we had previously decided to hang out on Monday. I text messaged her sunday night. I then got a message a few hours later saying “uh.. Jas had her baby today. She and baby are doing well”. Apparently I had text messaged her while she was in the middle labor with Stone.

So of course I got super excited! Because she was due this past weekend while I was supposed to be in Mexico. So I’m really happy that I got to see Stone and Jasmine and Jorge.

So these pictures are of Stone Monday afternoon at the hospital. He’s less than 24 hours in these photos!

I’m really happy I was able to capture these moments for her 🙂

Stone is so precious!

I hope you enjoyed these photos! I told Stone he may hate me now for making him naked (I didn’t pst the naked photos) and being a little bit cold, but he’ll love me in the future so that he has these photos 🙂

Good thing I like kids. I told Jasmine she can’t go MIA on me just because she had Stone.

I was the photographer for Industry on Saturday April 24 for The House of Glam.

It was my first time going to Industry, it used to be Area but like SBE’s style, it closed and revamped and then renamed.

Who’s on the guest list?!

PINIMAGE

Whoever thought to put a burger join IN a club is genius. And after the club closes, they bring a burger cart outside so that people can order after as well.

PINIMAGE

Hong Kong celebrity, singer and actress Fiona Sit was also in attendance.

PINIMAGE

As well as Taiwanese actor, Joseph ChangPINIMAGE

The rest of the photos can be found at The House of Glam’s website under gallery for Industry on April 24, 2010!

Hope you enjoy!
