Kevin and Sarah got married! This post however will be about the day before the wedding- aka setting everything up and the rehearsal dinner.

Look at Robin hard at work! bringing the chairs outside.

PINIMAGE

As it takes both Shawn and Kevin to bring and empty roller back into the country club ๐Ÿ˜‰

PINIMAGE

Here are 2 of the groomsmen, Shawn and Allen pretending to work. Just kidding. They were waiting for the cart.

During the rehearsal just messing around.

Oh, Grace. (She was one of the bridesmaids)

PINIMAGE

Everyone else has photos of all the other preparations. The slave work that Sarah had us do ๐Ÿ˜‰ Like making chocolate covered strawberries with a graham and oreo outside. Building tables. Filling boxes.

I like to keep things a little bit prettier ๐Ÿ˜‰

This next part is when the girls finally get to the hotel room. We stayed at the US Grant Hotel in Downtown San Diego.

We got some complementary chocolate covered strawberries (none of the girls really wanted to eat them because we had spent 2 hours right before making a whole bunch of them! and we got complementary champagne!)

PINIMAGE

Here’s Sarah popping the Champagne.

PINIMAGE

Me and Phung drinking the champagne!

PINIMAGE

And the bride to be jumping on the bed!

PINIMAGE

Don’t worry Kevin, we didn’t do anything crazy. We were just so exhausted we stayed in.

The next post will be the morning of the wedding getting ready!!!

My dad’s youngest brother has never been to America before. He finally came to visit with his wife! Whoo hoo!

Here is my dad, uncle, aunt, mom, and grandma in front of my dad’s shop (JK Machine & Tool).

PINIMAGE

Me and my sister didn’t really know where to take my uncle and aunt because our other aunts and uncles took them everywhere already!

So me and my sister took my uncle, aunt and grandma to the 4 Seasons Hotel in Carlsbad so we can have coffee and desserts.

PINIMAGE

We had some creme brulee, apple cobbler and chocolate cake. It was delicious. I won’t post and pictures of the food so I don’t make you all drool ๐Ÿ˜‰

We then walked around the property just taking some pictures.

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

My uncle took this picture. It’s not a very flattering picture of me. (Maybe that’s why I’m always behind the camera and not so much in front of it)

PINIMAGE

And some palm trees!

PINIMAGE

Stay tuned for more pictures of my uncles visit. We all got together for Father’s day at one of my aunts house so there will be some family pictures ๐Ÿ˜‰

I asked Alyssa to put her hands on her mom’s stomach. So this is what she did. So cute!

Just chillin.

For Sarah’s bachelorette party, we went to Las Vegas.

One mistake-when we were planning the trip, and after the date was agreed on, we realized it was Memorial weekend! crap! There were soooo many people in Vegas, and the table limits were high!

But all in all, it was fun!

We stayed at The Ventian, and the room was great! And the service was even better, because I confused the guy at check out so we got our room rate for a lot less then what we were supposed to and he took out the resort fee! Whoo hoo. I didn’t mean for it to happen that way, but my bills came out wrong and told him and then he made the room rate cheaper then it was supposed to be so I didn’t correct him ๐Ÿ™‚ Or else I would have had to pay almost $200 more for the room!

I only took pictures the night that we got there, because I didn’t want to lug my camera around (I know, I know, bad photographer) and I don’t have a point and shoot camera! All the going out pictures can be found on one of the bridesmaids facebook album.

I spent the week before the trip to vegas making lollipops.

PINIMAGE

They were white chocolate. I added food coloring to them, so you either got a white, yellow, or pinkish lollipop ๐Ÿ˜‰

We also blew up some balloons.

These balloons were really hard to blow up. Here is Hannah attempting to blow up her balloon.

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

Sarah.

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

Sarah was successful at blowing her balloon up. I failed. Mine popped…

There were easier balloons to blow up though.

PINIMAGE

And here’s Sarah with her bling!

PINIMAGE

We went out Friday night to Haze and on Saturday night to The Bank. A there’s a special thanks to my buddies who took care of us at the door!

Sarah and Kevin are getting married this Saturday! Stay tuned for pictures from their wedding! Before wedding pictures, you might see some engagement pictures of them if we do them this week! ๐Ÿ™‚

Brennon was born April 25.

I was able to do his mom’s maternity photos and take photos at the baby shower.

I love babies. So doing baby portraits is fun for me. (I love playing with older kids too. They do a lot of unscripted things that makes photos a lot more interesting).

Brennons a little bit older than a month, and he’s one sturdy and active baby. He was moving and rolling around.

I had Jasmine (Brennon’s mom) send me photos that she really liked so that I could give her something along the same lines. I like doing it because it tells me what type of photos people like and want from me. I’m here to please!

I call this the Austin Powers pose.

PINIMAGE

I love crying babies! The photos come out soo cute!

PINIMAGE

Here he is with his mommy.

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

He’s so adorable!PINIMAGE

Grandma wanted a picture of him in this hat. I don’t think he liked it too much. And he has a drop of milk on his chin ๐Ÿ˜‰

I love this picture! hahaha

PINIMAGE

Wrong finger kid!

PINIMAGE

Here he is with his Grandma!

PINIMAGE

Jasmine wanted to something with the wedding rings.

We though of doing something unique. ๐Ÿ™‚

PINIMAGE

PINIMAGE

You’re probably wondering why there are soo many black and white photos. I just think they look more classic ๐Ÿ™‚

This session took about 2 hours to do. Which I would recommend for anyone looking to do baby portraits. Why? ย Because not only is there time in taking the photos, but the baby should get time to rest in between, and also get fed.

I was thinking I should start a baby package where I would do a bundled price (obviously at reduced prices) and do maternity portraits, baby shower, day 1, and then every month until the baby turns a year old. Just a thought.
