Ok, so I know everyone is sick and tired of my vacation photos. Sooo now that I’m back in the states, I’m back to doing events!!
So I came back just in time to be the photographer at Jordan’s First Birthday Party! His mom Jenn is a family friend of mine.
It was a traditional asian first birthday- For koreans ‘dohl’
I love cute cakes!
This one was for Jordan to dip his fingers into and try to eat.
Here’s the birthday boy
Jordan with his parents
A cute family photo.
Jayden, the older brother is super cute. While taking photos he said “awkward”. And then from there, it got kind of awkward ;p
Jordan with one of Jenn’s friends.
So adorable with the hat!
Jayden’s pretty good at smiling for the camera
The kids got little goody bags that had play dough in it. They thought it would be a cool idea to put the play dough on their party hats.
Changing from the traditional Korean hanbok to a suit.
Getting ready for some cake!
Jayden’s totally ready to blow those candles out for his little brother.
I love my brother!
And now it’s time to figure out what Jordan’s future will be like.
There are items placed on the table which have some meaning to them about what is held in store for them in the future.
Jordan grabbed a calculator=he’s going to be smart.
And money = he’s going to be rich.
Chris (his dad) was really excited that his son was going to be rich. Jenn’s response to the high five? He’s going to be rich, not us!
Now its time for some cake!
Jordan didn’t cake cake all over him. I suggested they just smash his face into the cake. Chris and Jenn decided not to take my suggestion :/
I’m currently uploading all the photos from this event to Pictage (the online gallery host I use). Once it’s done and ready, guests and family and friends of this event can ask me for the link so they can see their faces 🙂
