So I’ve been in Korea less than a week now. And I have been jet lagged like crazy! The first few days, I wasn’t on Korea time or on American time. I was definitely in my own zone. I think I’m almost adjusted with the time.
Anyways, today I met up briefly with my cousin. And I got to meet her son Jae Sung. He’s 3 years old.
And you know me, I always end up taking pictures of kids.
So this is my cousin and Jae Sung in the car.
Korea’s very different from America. Children don’t need to be in car seats.
Here he is playing with my Ipod. (Which by the way I don’t have any cool apps yet. I got my ipod right before I left for Korea so I have nothing fun on it yet. And I never really had any cool apps on my iphone either)
Here’s one of him actually smiling at me.
My cousin and her husband took me out to dinner in Itaewon. Itaewon is the part of town that’s full of foreigners.
Jaesung saw a girl at the booth next to us. He started calling her noona (which is a term that boys call older sisters/girls)
He kept trying to climb over the booth.
Here he is walking behing his parents. I was supposed to be holding his hand.. whoops!
We then went to Paris Baguette to get some coffee/tea. And of course, he wanted cake.
I wanted to get some good pictures, so I kept asking him which cake he wanted. I’m such a bad aunt. ;p
He got a slice of cake that he at in the car. I flipped the carton upside down so he could scoop out of the carton. I’m such a genius!
That’s it. I will try to get better pictures of him next time. This was just a quick meet up. 🙂
